Chief Executive Officer and co-founder — Kimberly L. Liebert

Kim Liebert, CEO and co-founder, is responsible for the operation and management of Aspire Consulting.

With vast experience in accounting and finance and a deep level of information technology consulting experience, Kim possesses a broad skill set that includes project management of large teams, the capability of designing and implementing systems to follow best business practices and the ability to staff and coordinate projects. A combination of functional expertise and technical knowledge has enabled Kim to participate in a wide range of projects, including full life-cycle implementations, system upgrades, system development, on-site production support and training of client staff.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Kim held various positions within the accounting/finance and IT consulting fields. Her professional experience has a strong focus on PeopleSoft Financials. During her 16-year career she has been an independent PeopleSoft consultant, Manager of Corporate Finance and Applications for Nexstar Financial, senior consultant for Stone Carlie Consulting, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Edison Brothers and International Accountant for May Merchandising Company.

Kim's strengths include her excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.She is a highly motivated professional who pays close attention to detail and fostering client relationships. These traits allow her to effectively manage Aspire's team of consultants to create excellent client/staff relationships and bring projects to success.

Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

President and co-founder — John W. Kovac

As President and co-founder of Aspire Consulting, John is responsible for the strategic and tactical initiatives that drive the expansion of the business. John also provides quality assurance for project-oriented work.

Prior to his current position with Aspire Consulting, John was Practice Manager at EPS Technology. In that role, he was responsible for budgeting/forecasting, business development, recruiting and the overall strength of the PeopleSoft/Oracle practice.

John's professional experience began at Accenture. Since 1997, he has held various positions within the human resources/compensation/benefits and systems implementation fields. John's professional experience has ranged from lead developer to HRMS expert to PeopleSoft/Oracle practice manager.

John is a highly motivated, people-oriented professional with strong communication skills that have allowed him to work effectively at all levels of an organization.

John's vision is to strengthen Aspire Consulting by placing an emphasis on quality assurance for the firm's clients. John embodies the values of Aspire Consulting by holding himself and Aspire consultants to the highest of standards with the goal of executing solutions as flawlessly as possible.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Chief Financial Officer — Lisa M. Kovac

Lisa Kovac, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial operation of Aspire Consulting. In addition, Lisa leads the division responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing services, including full management of outsourced projects, project staffing, staff augmentation and permanent resource placement of information technology professionals.

Prior to joining Aspire Consulting, Lisa was an analyst at UniGroup Inc. She managed client relationships and was responsible for financial analysis for UniGroup's credit department.

Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Truman State University.
